1. General Policy
At TravWave, we strive to provide smooth and reliable travel services. However, cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, visa authorities, and other third-party suppliers.
By booking with us, you agree to the refund and cancellation terms stated below.
2. Flight Ticket Cancellation
2.1 Airline Rules Apply
- All flight tickets are governed by the respective airline fare rules.
- Some fares may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
2.2 Cancellation Charges

2.3 Processing Time
- Refunds take 7–21 working days
- Time may vary depending on airline and bank processing
2.4 No Show
- No refund for missed flights or no-show cases
3. Hotel Booking Cancellation
3.1 Standard Hotels
- Free cancellation (if allowed) only within hotel’s cancellation window
- After deadline, 100% retention may apply
3.2 Non-Refundable Hotels
- No refund under any circumstances
3.3 Early Check-out / Late Arrival
- No refund for unused nights or early departure
4. Holiday Packages & Tours
4.1 Cancellation Charges

4.2 Customised Packages
- Advance payments for hotels, permits, and activities are non-refundable
4.3 Peak Season Bookings
- May be fully non-refundable (festivals, holidays, special events)
5. Visa & Documentation Services
- Visa fees are 100% non-refundable
- Service charges are non-refundable
- Visa rejection, delay, or embassy decisions are not eligible for a refund
TravWave only provides assistance and does not guarantee visa approval.
6. Travel Insurance
- Non-refundable once issued
- Claims must be handled directly with the insurance company
7. Service Charges
The following are non-refundable:
- Consultation fees
- Processing fees
- Booking service charges
- Payment gateway/transaction fees
- Mark-up or convenience fees
8. Refund Process
8.1 How to Request
Customers must:
- Email cancellation request to: Abhi@travwave.in
- Share booking ID & passenger details
8.2 Refund Mode
Refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method only
- Bank/UPI/Card used for payment
8.3 Timeframe
- 7–21 working days after approval
- TravWave is not responsible for bank delays
9. Amendments & Rescheduling
- Date/name changes are subject to airline/hotel rules
- Fare difference + amendment fee applicable
- Some bookings may not allow changes
10. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)
No guaranteed refunds for disruptions due to:
- Natural disasters
- Weather issues
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Strikes
- War or political unrest
- Airline operational issues
Refunds will depend solely on supplier policies.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting TravWave.
Fraudulent disputes may lead to:
- Legal action
- Blacklisting from future bookings
- Recovery of costs
12. Our Rights
TravWave reserves the right to:
- Refuse refund requests not compliant with policy
- Deduct applicable charges
- Modify this policy anytime without prior notice
