By accessing or using the TravWave website and booking any travel service with us, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

TravWave acts as a travel service provider and intermediary for:
- Domestic & International Flight Tickets
- Hotel Bookings
- Holiday Packages
- Visa Assistance
- Travel Insurance
- Transfers & Sightseeing
- Customised Travel Planning
We work with third-party airlines, hotels, transporters, and vendors.
3. Booking & Payments
3.1 Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after full/partial payment and receipt of confirmation email/voucher.
- Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept:
- UPI
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Payment Links
- Bank Transfers
3.3 Price Changes
Prices may change due to:
- Airline/hotel fare revisions
- Currency fluctuations
- Government taxes
- Fuel surcharge
- Vendor changes
TravWave reserves the right to revise prices before confirmation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Flights
- Subject to airline rules
- Cancellation charges as per airline fare class
- Service fee may apply
4.2 Hotels & Packages
- Cancellation rules depend on hotel/vendor policy
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded
- Refund processing time: 7–21 working days
4.3 No Show
No refunds for no-show or unused services.
4.4 Service Charges
TravWave service fees are non-refundable.
5. Travel Documents & Visa Responsibility
Customers must ensure:
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
- Correct visa
- Travel insurance (recommended)
- Required permits/vaccinations
TravWave provides assistance only and does not guarantee visa approval.
We are not liable for:
- Visa rejection
- Immigration refusal
- Incorrect documentation by the customer
6. Changes & Amendments
- Changes after booking may incur extra charges
- Subject to airline/hotel/vendor policies
- Date/Name changes may be restricted
7. Third-Party Suppliers
TravWave acts only as an intermediary between customers and service providers.
We are not responsible for:
- Flight delays/cancellations
- Hotel service issues
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Political issues
- Vendor default
Any disputes must be resolved directly with the supplier.
8. Liability Limitation
TravWave’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service booked.
We shall not be liable for:
- Loss of baggage
- Injury or death
- Trip interruption
- Financial loss
- Indirect damages
Travel insurance is strongly advised.
9. Force Majeure
TravWave shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemic
- Government restrictions
- War
- Weather issues
- Airline shutdowns
Refunds in such cases depend on vendor policies only.
10. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- To provide accurate information
- Not to misuse the website
- Not to make fraudulent bookings
- Not to resell our services without permission
11. Intellectual Property

- Images
- Text
- Branding
belongs to TravWave and cannot be copied without permission.
12. Privacy Policy

- Calls

14. Disputes & Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to the Patna, Bihar jurisdiction only
